EXPECTATIONS AND GRADING

To Post your STUDENT LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Discussion

1. Click the appropriate Unit for your topic on the left navigation bar.

2. Find and click the "discussion" tab across the top of the page.

3. Click "new post" and add your question/comment with an appropriate subject.

4. Click "post" to finish.

To Respond to Another Student's LETTER TO THE EDITOR Question

1. Browse the Unit Topics on the left navigation bar. Find a page that has a question posted under the "discussion" tab.

2. To respond to a question, click the on the subject.

3. In the text field, post your response.

4. Click "post" to finish.




Acceptable Use in the Wright Land of Economics:
  1. All of Dr. Wright's Advanced Placement Microeconomics and College Prep Economics students are required to contribute to this site.
  2. Only constructive, well thought out and informed input is welcome. Any contributions that are inappropriate or incorrect will be either removed or corrected by students or Dr. Wright.
  3. Main unit pages may not be edited by students, only topic pages within main units are for student editing.
  4. Links to external sites relevant to a particular topic are welcome.
  5. Links to news articles, websites, blogs or other wikis (such as Wikipedia) can be included in an edit if it is deemed to be useful in understanding the topic.
  6. Once each unit, every student must post a link and abstract for an article related to the unit's topics on the "Economics in the News" page or post their opinion or views on the unit's "Student Letters to the Editor" page.
  7. Graphs may be uploaded as picture files if they are deemed helpful for understanding a topic.
  8. Videos appropriate to the topics covered may be added to pages as "widgets". Inappropriate videos will be removed.
  9. Students who are not in Dr. Wright's AP Microeconomics and Economics classes may not to contribute to Wright's Land of Economics Page without permission.
